Job Requirements

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Willingness to undergo a background check
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push approximately 25 pounds
  • Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous event or hospitality experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
  • Knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and event operations is an advantage
  • Physical stamina to handle extended periods of standing and moderate lifting

Job Duties

  • Act as the liaison between Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contact
  • Handle and address special needs or requests from clients
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and event details
  • Communicate proactively to ensure smooth event execution
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Stand for long periods and manage physical tasks such as lifting, pulling, or pushing up to 25 pounds
  • Work flexible schedules including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
