Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Must be customer-service oriented with a genuine desire to assist others
Job Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities in a hospitality context
- Experience in event coordination or concierge roles preferred
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse guests and teams
- Knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and event operations advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional certifications in hospitality a plus
Job Duties
- Serve as the liaison between event sales/planning managers and on-site meeting contacts
- Address and handle special requests and needs during events
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and group dynamics
- Provide seamless on-site support to meeting and event planners
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve potential problems proactively
- Work closely with hotel management during the on-site phase of events
- Represent the hotel with professionalism and excellent customer service
