Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in hotel or hospitality services preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in event management software (Salesforce FDC, Alice, OPMS) advantageous
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Serve as liaison between on-site meeting planners and hotel operating departments
  • Ensure meeting room setups and food and beverage details align with Banquet Event Orders
  • Coordinate logistics for exhibitors including box delivery, electrical and A/V needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in banquet areas
  • Communicate daily with clients, Convention Services Managers, and hotel departments
  • Support administrative tasks such as preparing reports, updating agenda information, and creating Banquet Event Orders
  • Address guest requests with urgency and professionalism
