Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality industry
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including early mornings late evenings weekends and holidays
  • Attention to detail
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Experience in event planning or coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in event management software
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and meeting facilities
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Job Duties

  • Serve as the on-site contact for event organizers ensuring all requirements are met and expectations exceeded
  • Oversee the setup execution and breakdown of events working closely with banquet culinary AV and housekeeping teams
  • Assist with event proposals contracts and function sheets confirm details such as menus room layouts and technical needs
  • Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs providing personalized service throughout the event
  • Monitor event timelines troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth transitions between sessions or activities
  • Gather client feedback and support repeat business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate event records update booking systems and prepare reports as required
