Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator/hostess prior to functions to confirm arrangements
- Read and analyze banquet event orders for guest information and event details
- Respond to special banquet event arrangements and ensure compliance
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- Welcome and acknowledge guests in accordance with company standards
- Communicate professionally both verbally and over the phone
- Maintain positive working relationships and support team goals
