Job Duties
- Provide seamless on-site support to meeting and event planners
- Act as liaison between event managers and planners during events
- Work closely with hotel operational departments to ensure event success
- Assist in event services, setup, food and beverage outlets, engineering and front office as needed
- Anticipate and resolve event-related issues proactively
- Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders
- Represent the hotel in a professional and guest-focused manner
