- Previous catering or event experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Open availability including mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk extensively during shifts

Job Duties
- Serve as liaison between the Events Manager and on-site event/meeting contacts
- Address special needs or requests related to events
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and group dynamics
- Coordinate and manage event details to ensure smooth execution
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and hotel staff
- Manage time efficiently to cover open schedule including weekends and holidays
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experience
