Job Duties
- enter and retrieve data using computer databases
- update records, files, and reservations
- respond to guest inquiries
- transmit information via email, fax or computer
- operate standard office equipment
- prepare letters, memos, and documents with word processing software
- manage incoming and outgoing mail, date and distribute mail
- organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- collect, copy, classify, and file office and business transaction records
- utilize point of sale systems to locate job-related information
- comply with company policies and procedures
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- greet and assist guests according to company standards
- communicate professionally and clearly
- cultivate positive work relationships
- assist team members and respond to co-worker concerns
- move and handle light objects up to 10 pounds
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned
