Job Duties
- Perform meeting room inspections
- constantly monitor customer personal and practical needs
- respond to client requests within five minutes and resolve within fifteen minutes
- provide added services to repeat customers
- conduct engineering and maintenance walkthroughs
- oversee cleanliness walkthroughs
- provide feedback to departments involved in event planning
- greet and assist guests
- attend pre-convention and tie-down meetings
- confirm VIP rooms are set accordingly
- monitor and assist with directing traffic and elevator turns
- locate and retrieve boxes
- monitor trashcan levels
- coordinate with business center for signage
- perform service recovery
- maintain constant communication with guests
- undertake special projects as scheduling allows
- anticipate customer needs before they arise
- maintain cleanliness and organization of back hallways
- learn group programs in detail
