- at least 1 year of related work experience
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions and make introductions
- ensure all banquet arrangements are agreeable
- read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine setup and timeline
- respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- follow company safety and security procedures
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain a clean and professional appearance
- uphold confidentiality and protect company assets
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- anticipate and address guest service needs
- communicate clearly and professionally
- answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- support team to reach common goals
- ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- visually verify information and inspect tools, equipment, or machines
- perform physical activities including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods
- move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds
- move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
- operate safely on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs or ramps
- reach overhead and below knees, including bending and twisting
- perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
