Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be available 2 hours prior to event times
- Must display a positive attitude and professional image
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and provide excellent customer service
- Must be available to work variable hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift and carry 10lbs
- Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor weather conditions
- Must be able to stand for long periods and move up and down stairs
- Must be able to work in loud environments
- Must have availability to work at least 4 shifts during June 13th - June 23rd for the 2025 College World Series
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Be familiar with assigned sections of the facility to assist guests in locating seats and suites
- Scan tickets for entry into premium seating and provide wristbands
- Verify guest identification for alcohol purchases and issue wristbands
- Prepare and monitor premium seating areas before and after events
- Work in club lounge and hospitality areas as assigned
- Control guest movement to avoid disrupting others' event viewing
- Provide or seek assistance for guest needs
- Assist with crowd control during emergencies
- Monitor guest behavior for compliance with policies
- Support other team members as needed
