Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be available 2 hours prior to event times
  • Must display a positive attitude and professional image
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and provide excellent customer service
  • Must be available to work variable hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to lift and carry 10lbs
  • Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor weather conditions
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and move up and down stairs
  • Must be able to work in loud environments
  • Must have availability to work at least 4 shifts during June 13th - June 23rd for the 2025 College World Series

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Be familiar with assigned sections of the facility to assist guests in locating seats and suites
  • Scan tickets for entry into premium seating and provide wristbands
  • Verify guest identification for alcohol purchases and issue wristbands
  • Prepare and monitor premium seating areas before and after events
  • Work in club lounge and hospitality areas as assigned
  • Control guest movement to avoid disrupting others' event viewing
  • Provide or seek assistance for guest needs
  • Assist with crowd control during emergencies
  • Monitor guest behavior for compliance with policies
  • Support other team members as needed
