- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- ability to navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
- ability to work full-time

Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions
- make introductions and ensure all arrangements are agreeable
- read and analyze banquet event order to gather guest information and determine proper setup
- respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- follow up on special arrangements to ensure compliance
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
