Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for long periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- A passion for delivering the best guest service and experience
- Desire to take initiative and self-motivate
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift, carry, or otherwise move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally, as well as stand and move for extended periods of time
Job Duties
- Greet meeting/event planners in their meeting room to review agendas and timelines to ensure complete satisfaction
- Check each meeting room for accuracy of set-up according to Banquet Event Orders (BEO) prior to event
- Follow the Event Concierge checklist each day for each meeting room and submit to the supervisor
- Attend and participate in daily BEO meetings (when required), daily team Stand-Up meetings, and Pre-Convention meetings for assigned events
- Perform other duties as assigned
