Job Duties
- Enter and retrieve information using computer databases
- update records, files, and reservations
- answer guest inquiries
- transmit information or documents using computer, mail, or facsimile
- operate standard office equipment
- prepare letters, memos, and other documents using software
- handle incoming and outgoing mail
- create and maintain filing and organizational systems
- compile, copy, sort, and file records
- follow company policies and procedures
