Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or event planning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software applications
- Outgoing and professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
- Positive attitude with an upbeat and outgoing personality
- Knowledge of New Orleans local attractions and venues is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional event concierge services to clients and guests
- Coordinate event logistics with Sales & Marketing and other hotel departments
- Assist clients with event planning and customization
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Facilitate seamless communication between clients and internal teams
- Manage event-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Support sales team in promoting hotel event spaces and services
