Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, or otherwise move up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time
- Previous experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Greet meeting/event planners in their meeting room to review agendas and timelines to ensure complete satisfaction
- Check each meeting room for accuracy of set-up according to Banquet Event Orders (BEO) prior to event
- Follow the Event Concierge checklist each day for each meeting room and submit to the supervisor
- Attend and participate in daily BEO meetings (when required), daily team Stand-Up meetings, and Pre-Convention meetings for assigned events
- Perform other duties as assigned
