Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to walk and stand for long periods
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • attention to detail
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Previous catering or event experience preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and event dynamics
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Serve as liaison between the Events Manager and on-site events or meeting contacts
  • handle and address special requests or needs for events
  • possess detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities and event specifics
  • maintain excellent communication with guests and internal teams
  • organize and coordinate event logistics efficiently
  • manage a fast-paced and dynamic event environment
  • walk and stand for extended periods across 60,000 square feet of meeting space
