Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in catering or event services preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Qualifications

- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Previous catering or event experience strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Duties
- Act as liaison between Events Manager and on-site events or meeting contacts
- Handle and address special needs or requests during events
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and event details
- Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and vendors
- Assist in coordinating event logistics and group dynamics
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Walk and stand extensively across meeting spaces during events
