Job Duties
- Act as the central point of contact for special needs or requests during events
- Collaborate closely with Event Managers and Meeting & Event Planners during event phases
- Proactively anticipate and resolve potential problems to ensure seamless event execution
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and event specifics
- Provide on-site support and exceptional service to meeting and event planners
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing needs promptly and efficiently
- Support the Sales & Events team in delivering memorable guest experiences
