Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in event sales, event planning, or hospitality environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience and understanding of event sales and/or event planning or hospitality industry

Job Duties

  • Serve as the central point of contact for meeting and event planners during events
  • Provide detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and event services
  • Anticipate and resolve potential problems during meetings and events
  • Collaborate closely with Event Managers and Meeting & Event Planners
  • Communicate effectively with guests and internal teams to exceed guest expectations
  • Work independently while confidently managing responsibilities
  • Support seamless execution of events through proactive problem solving
