Job Duties
- meet with group coordinators or hosts before reception to confirm preparations
- read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine event organization
- attend to and fulfill special banquet event preparations
- follow up on special banquet event arrangements to ensure compliance
- comply with company safety policies and report maintenance or safety issues
- maintain professional appearance and ensure privacy and protection of company property
- support coworkers with dignity and respect and assist team in achieving common goals
- welcome and recognize guests per company standards and communicate professionally
- perform other reasonable work-related tasks as assigned by supervisors
