Job Duties
- Greet meeting/event planners in their meeting room to review agendas and timelines to ensure complete satisfaction
- Check each meeting room for accuracy of set-up according to Banquet Event Orders (BEO) prior to event
- Follow the Event Concierge checklist each day for each meeting room and submit to the supervisor
- Attend and participate in daily BEO meetings (when required), daily team stand-up meetings, and pre-convention meetings for assigned events
- Perform other duties as assigned
