Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of technology and troubleshooting
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable and knowledgeable with computers and able to learn new systems
- Ability to install or troubleshoot technology issues
Job Duties
- Serve as the main point of contact for meeting and event planners
- Handle and address special needs or requests during events
- Provide detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and event details
- Work closely with internal departments and external groups during events
- Anticipate client needs and resolve issues swiftly
- Maintain a visible, proactive presence during events
- Support events by working flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and some evenings
