Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of technology and troubleshooting

Job Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable and knowledgeable with computers and able to learn new systems
  • Ability to install or troubleshoot technology issues

Job Duties

  • Serve as the main point of contact for meeting and event planners
  • Handle and address special needs or requests during events
  • Provide detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and event details
  • Work closely with internal departments and external groups during events
  • Anticipate client needs and resolve issues swiftly
  • Maintain a visible, proactive presence during events
  • Support events by working flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and some evenings
