Job Duties
- meet group coordinator or host prior to functions and ensure arrangements are agreeable
- read and analyze banquet event order to gather guest information and determine proper setup and timeline
- respond to and try to fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- follow up on special arrangements to ensure compliance
- adhere to company safety and security policies and report unsafe conditions
- maintain professional uniform and personal appearance
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards and anticipate service needs
- communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects as required
- perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
