Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • at least 1 year of related work experience
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • meet group coordinator or host prior to functions and ensure arrangements are agreeable
  • read and analyze banquet event order to gather guest information and determine proper setup and timeline
  • respond to and try to fulfill special banquet event arrangements
  • follow up on special arrangements to ensure compliance
  • adhere to company safety and security policies and report unsafe conditions
  • maintain professional uniform and personal appearance
  • welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards and anticipate service needs
  • communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
  • perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects as required
  • perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
