Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No license or certification required
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Capability to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to read and inspect information visually
  • Capacity to work in confined, elevated, or narrow spaces
  • Must communicate clearly and professionally
  • Willingness to perform reasonable duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent general educational development (GED)
  • Minimum of 1 year related work experience
  • Ability to understand and follow banquet event orders and guest needs
  • Strong communication skills in professional language
  • Ability to comply with safety and company policies
  • Experience working effectively within a team environment

Job Duties

  • Meet with group coordinators or hosts before receptions to review event details
  • Read and analyze banquet orders to gather guest information and logistical requirements
  • Attend to and fulfill all special banquet event preparations
  • Follow up on special banquet preparations to ensure compliance
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
  • Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
  • Protect company property and maintain confidentiality
  • Support and treat co-workers with dignity and respect
  • Assist the team in achieving common goals
  • Adhere to quality assurance standards
  • Lift, move, push, or place objects weighing less than 25 pounds without assistance
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during shifts
  • Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machinery to identify defects
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors
