Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- No license or certification required
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Capability to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to read and inspect information visually
- Capacity to work in confined, elevated, or narrow spaces
- Must communicate clearly and professionally
- Willingness to perform reasonable duties as assigned
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year related work experience
- Ability to understand and follow banquet event orders and guest needs
- Strong communication skills in professional language
- Ability to comply with safety and company policies
- Experience working effectively within a team environment
Job Duties
- Meet with group coordinators or hosts before receptions to review event details
- Read and analyze banquet orders to gather guest information and logistical requirements
- Attend to and fulfill all special banquet event preparations
- Follow up on special banquet preparations to ensure compliance
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
- Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
- Protect company property and maintain confidentiality
- Support and treat co-workers with dignity and respect
- Assist the team in achieving common goals
- Adhere to quality assurance standards
- Lift, move, push, or place objects weighing less than 25 pounds without assistance
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during shifts
- Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machinery to identify defects
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues
- Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors
