- strong customer service skills
- ability to work weekends
- reliable transportation to Bay Area event locations
- ability to stand for extended periods
- physical ability to lift 75+ lbs
- flexibility to work outdoors in varying weather
- experience in food service or event concessions preferred
- team player with good communication skills
- punctual and dependable
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- ability to work in a fast-paced event environment
- must be dependable and punctual
- must have reliable transportation to travel to event locations throughout the Bay Area
- comfortable standing for extended periods of time
- able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- ability to lift and move bulky equipment weighing 75+ lbs using loading equipment and winch system
- willingness to learn how to properly prepare and serve pineappleWHIPS products
- prior experience in food service, concessions, catering, farmers markets, food trucks, or event production is a plus
- must be available to work weekends
Job Duties
- Load and unload concession equipment and supplies
- set up and break down event tents or concession trailers
- fill and load soft-serve machines
- learn how to properly build and serve pineappleWHIPS products
- operate point-of-sale system and handle cashiering duties
- provide friendly and efficient customer service
- maintain a clean and organized concession area
- assist with transporting and securing equipment during setup and breakdown
