Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have knowledge of food preparation and food service
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting approximately 30 lbs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including game days
  • Adherence to company uniform requirements
  • Dedication to safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Must have knowledge of food preparation and food service with a strong understanding of the execution of BEOs, customer satisfaction and interactive stations
  • Must be a phenomenal team player

  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 30 lbs

Job Duties

  • Maintaining the highest level of food quality with your culinary team
  • Ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen and food service areas
  • Maintaining the highest level of service, safety, and food quality for each event
  • Running food on game-days, assisting in the organization of menu items according to BEOs and event information
  • Preparing items according to a recipe
  • Cleaning and organization of kitchen equipment and product
  • Assisting the culinary management team in all assigned tasks
  • Interacting with guests as and leading interactive chef stations as needed
  • Running game day pantries, overseeing food distribution and accuracy
