Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, clients, and vendors providing a professional and welcoming experience
- Act as the central resource for event-related information including facility details, amenities, schedules, and policies
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers such as catering, audiovisual, facilities, security to ensure seamless event execution
- Provide on-site event support including setup checks, monitoring timelines, and making real-time adjustments as needed
- Anticipate attendee needs, resolve issues promptly, and escalate concerns when necessary
- Maintain a visible presence in event areas to proactively assist guests and ensure compliance with CBRE and client standards
- Capture and communicate feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives
