Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, marketing, or a closely related field
  • Minimum five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Class D driver’s license and a good driving record
  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
  • Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to supervise part-time, temporary, vendor, and volunteer staff
  • Knowledge of EEO laws and practices

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, marketing, or a closely related field
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently with broad administrative guidance
  • Familiarity with Equal Employment Opportunity laws and practices
  • Valid Class D driver’s license and good driving record

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary on-site host for events and client interactions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships from inquiry through event execution
  • Coordinate logistics with operations staff, temporary staff, vendors, and partners
  • Lead day-of-event execution and problem-solving
  • Support temporary staff during events
  • Meet with sponsors and organizing committees to plan events and monitor budgets
  • Complete pre- and post-event reports and operational feedback
