Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, marketing, or a closely related field
- Minimum five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Class D driver’s license and a good driving record
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to supervise part-time, temporary, vendor, and volunteer staff
- Knowledge of EEO laws and practices
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, marketing, or a closely related field
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with broad administrative guidance
- Familiarity with Equal Employment Opportunity laws and practices
- Valid Class D driver’s license and good driving record
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary on-site host for events and client interactions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships from inquiry through event execution
- Coordinate logistics with operations staff, temporary staff, vendors, and partners
- Lead day-of-event execution and problem-solving
- Support temporary staff during events
- Meet with sponsors and organizing committees to plan events and monitor budgets
- Complete pre- and post-event reports and operational feedback
