Job Duties
- assembles and delivers food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations
- arranges tables and decorations
- sets buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to pre-established standards
- serves food and beverages to guests
- cleans and packs dishes and utensils
- returns un-served foods and serving equipment to commissary
- checks display foods for attractive merchandising
- handles food items properly during preparation
- serves food neatly according to standards
- keeps display equipment clean during meal service
- cleans workstation before leaving
- assists with food and table prep before events
- serves plated dinners and responds to guest requests
- serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, opens wine and takes drink orders
- cleans venue after event and assists with inventory and storage
- performs other assigned duties
