Job Requirements

  • must be able to commute daily to the Los Angeles office
  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in event hospitality, catering, or production
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • knowledge of local catering and event industry
  • strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • willingness to coordinate out-of-town event logistics

Job Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in event hospitality, catering, or production
  • organized and personable with a passion for events
  • clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • creative problem-solving abilities
  • familiarity with the local catering and event scene including weddings, corporate, and social events
  • team player who thrives in a collaborative and high-energy environment

Job Duties

  • Turn sold events into real-world magic with timelines, rentals, layouts, and communication across departments
  • lead venue walkthroughs and help map the perfect flow for food and service
  • create BEOs, pack sheets, rental orders, and station diagrams like a total pro
  • collaborate with the Design Manager and Creative Director to ensure every detail reflects the event vision
  • partner closely with culinary, operations, and service teams to execute flawless experiences
  • coordinate logistics for out-of-town events including travel, accommodations, budgets, and details
  • be present at the vibrant Los Angeles office daily
