Job Requirements

must be able to commute daily to the Los Angeles office
2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in event hospitality, catering, or production
excellent organizational and communication skills
ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
knowledge of local catering and event industry
strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
willingness to coordinate out-of-town event logistics

Job Qualifications

organized and personable with a passion for events
clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
creative problem-solving abilities
familiarity with the local catering and event scene including weddings, corporate, and social events
team player who thrives in a collaborative and high-energy environment

Job Duties

Turn sold events into real-world magic with timelines, rentals, layouts, and communication across departments
lead venue walkthroughs and help map the perfect flow for food and service
create BEOs, pack sheets, rental orders, and station diagrams like a total pro
collaborate with the Design Manager and Creative Director to ensure every detail reflects the event vision
partner closely with culinary, operations, and service teams to execute flawless experiences
coordinate logistics for out-of-town events including travel, accommodations, budgets, and details
be present at the vibrant Los Angeles office daily
