Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in event coordination or sales
  • Understanding of food and beverage operations
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule combining event and restaurant responsibilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event management or catering sales
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Familiarity with event management software such as Triple Seat preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Facilitate events generated in-house and through Triple Seat application
  • Manage event bookings and ensure successful execution
  • Conduct sales calls and marketing outreach to generate new event business
  • Oversee restaurant floor operations during assigned shifts
  • Perform pre-shift meetings to prepare restaurant staff
  • Manage scheduling and coordination of floor staff
  • Collaborate with chef team to customize event menus
