- Previous experience in event coordination or sales
- Understanding of food and beverage operations
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule combining event and restaurant responsibilities

- Proven experience in event management or catering sales

Job Duties
- Facilitate events generated in-house and through Triple Seat application
- Manage event bookings and ensure successful execution
- Conduct sales calls and marketing outreach to generate new event business
- Oversee restaurant floor operations during assigned shifts
- Perform pre-shift meetings to prepare restaurant staff
- Manage scheduling and coordination of floor staff
- Collaborate with chef team to customize event menus
