Job Requirements

  • Must have 1-2 years of catering or banquet service experience
  • Must have experience leading a team
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must demonstrate positive interpersonal skills
  • Must have physical stamina to work long hours and lift 50 pounds
  • Covid-19 vaccination preferred

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the safe transport of food, drinks, and equipment to event venue
  • Manage all aspects of the event including set-up, serving meals and beverages, and take-down
  • Carry out the Sales Event Coordinator's plan for the event and adapt to different venues for service flow
  • Lead a team of co-captains, servers, and bartenders
  • Maintain good communication with the event host
  • Be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Create an environment that supports and develops the members of your team
  • Work flexible hours including nights and weekends
