- Must have 1-2 years of catering or banquet service experience
- Must have experience leading a team
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must demonstrate positive interpersonal skills
- Must have physical stamina to work long hours and lift 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Responsible for the safe transport of food, drinks, and equipment to event venue
- Manage all aspects of the event including set-up, serving meals and beverages, and take-down
- Carry out the Sales Event Coordinator's plan for the event and adapt to different venues for service flow
- Lead a team of co-captains, servers, and bartenders
- Maintain good communication with the event host
- Be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Create an environment that supports and develops the members of your team
- Work flexible hours including nights and weekends
