Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of catering or banquet service experience
- Leadership experience in food service or another industry
- Effective communication skills
- Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds
- Covid-19 vaccination preferred

Job Duties
- Responsible for the safe transport of food, drinks, and equipment to event venue
- Manage all aspects of the event including set-up, serving meals and beverages, and take-down
- Carry out the Sales Event Coordinator's plan for the event and adapt to different venues for setup and service flow
- Lead a team of co-captains, servers, and bartenders
- Maintain good communication with the event host
- Be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues during the event
- Create an environment that supports and develops team members
- Work flexible hours including nights and weekends
