Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of catering or banquet service experience
  • Leadership experience in food service or another industry
  • Effective communication skills
  • Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Covid-19 vaccination preferred

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of catering or banquet service experience
  • Experience leading a team in food service or related industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive and empowering interpersonal skills
  • Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Covid-19 vaccination preferred

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the safe transport of food, drinks, and equipment to event venue
  • Manage all aspects of the event including set-up, serving meals and beverages, and take-down
  • Carry out the Sales Event Coordinator's plan for the event and adapt to different venues for setup and service flow
  • Lead a team of co-captains, servers, and bartenders
  • Maintain good communication with the event host
  • Be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues during the event
  • Create an environment that supports and develops team members
  • Work flexible hours including nights and weekends
