Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience as a server in a fine dining, large scale dining facility or similar field preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule including availability to work nights, weekends and long hours
  • Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with team members and guests
  • Physical ability to assist in unloading and loading equipment
  • Commitment to maintaining health, sanitation and safety standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One or more years experience as a server in fine dining, large scale dining facility or similar field preferred
  • Detail oriented and able to multi-task
  • Ability to prioritize and execute a list of written tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours
  • Ability to communicate clearly with employees, co-workers, management, vendors and guests
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure
  • Ability to speak and read English

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate ability to meet company standard for guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform and grooming standards
  • Read and comprehend events including Steps of Service, Staff Assignments, and Banquet Event Order when setting up events
  • Serve plated meals to guests and replenish food and attend stations or buffets
  • Serve beverages to guests including alcoholic beverages and table side wine service
  • Assist in unloading and loading equipment, products, or goods at event venues
  • Maintain a clear and organized work space
  • Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
