Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 1 year bartending experience
  • TIPs/TEAM certification required or willingness to complete training
  • Knowledge of upscale and VIP service styles
  • Hardworking and organized
  • Responsible and accountable
  • Good grooming and personal hygiene
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Customer service oriented and willing to exceed client expectations

  • Must pass a background check
  • Availability for all home football games
  • Residence within 25 miles of Wake Forest University campus preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years of bartending experience
  • Must be TIPs/TEAM certified or willing to obtain certification through training
  • Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles required
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Renowned time management and organization skills
  • Strong customer service skills with the desire to go above and beyond a client’s needs
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Availability to work all home football games
  • Live within 25 miles of Wake Forest University preferred

Job Duties

  • Responsible for both pre and post bar set-up and breakdown responsibilities
  • Sets bar up in a timely manner including icing down product
  • Communicates well with bar back personnel during the event to assist them with replenishment during shift
  • Greets all guests and gives exceptional customer service
  • Attentive to guests needs throughout the entire event
  • Cleans bar after closing and discards excess ice
  • Record closing inventory
  • Responsible for putting away all inventory as directed
  • Follows all federal, local, and venue alcohol policies
  • Performs other related duties as required
