Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience
- TIPs/TEAM certification required or willingness to complete training
- Knowledge of upscale and VIP service styles
- Hardworking and organized
- Responsible and accountable
- Good grooming and personal hygiene
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Customer service oriented and willing to exceed client expectations
- Ability to work alone and in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Must pass a background check
- Availability for all home football games
- Residence within 25 miles of Wake Forest University campus preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of bartending experience
- Must be TIPs/TEAM certified or willing to obtain certification through training
- Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles required
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Renowned time management and organization skills
- Strong customer service skills with the desire to go above and beyond a client’s needs
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Ability to pass a background check
- Availability to work all home football games
- Live within 25 miles of Wake Forest University preferred
Job Duties
- Responsible for both pre and post bar set-up and breakdown responsibilities
- Sets bar up in a timely manner including icing down product
- Communicates well with bar back personnel during the event to assist them with replenishment during shift
- Greets all guests and gives exceptional customer service
- Attentive to guests needs throughout the entire event
- Cleans bar after closing and discards excess ice
- Record closing inventory
- Responsible for putting away all inventory as directed
- Follows all federal, local, and venue alcohol policies
- Performs other related duties as required
