Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of bartending experience
- Must be TIPs or TEAM certified
- Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles
- Must be extremely hardworking and organized
- Must be exceedingly responsible and accountable
- Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Renowned time management and organization skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work alone and as a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Availability to work all home football games
- Live within 25 miles of Wake Forest University campus preferred

Job Duties
- Responsible for both pre and post bar set-up and breakdown responsibilities
- Sets bar up in a timely manner, including icing down product
- Communicates well with bar back personnel during the event to assist them with replenishment during shift
- Greets all guests and gives exceptional customer service
- Attentive to guests needs throughout the entire event
- Cleans bar after closing, discard excess ice
- Record closing inventory
- Responsible for putting away all inventory as directed
- Follows all federal, local, and venue alcohol policies
- Performs other related duties as required
