Job Requirements
- Be available to work events throughout the week including Friday and Saturday nights
- 21 years of age or older
- Completion of online company training
- SERV Safe Alcohol Certification required upon hire
- Must have reliable means of communication to check messages and emails frequently
- Reliable transportation
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Outgoing personable and vibrant personality
- Ability to retain product information to relay to consumers
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs or more
- Ability to stand for at least four hours or more
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in bartending or serving is a plus but not required
- Ability to complete company-provided training and certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities
Job Duties
- Serve beverages responsibly with client preferences in mind
- Assist in setting up and breaking down mobile bar stations and event equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Interact with guests to provide friendly, efficient service
- Follow company procedures for handling and serving alcohol
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth event operations
- Adhere to health and safety regulations during all events
