Job Requirements

  • Be available to work events throughout the week including Friday and Saturday nights
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Completion of online company training
  • SERV Safe Alcohol Certification required upon hire
  • Must have reliable means of communication to check messages and emails frequently
  • Reliable transportation
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Outgoing personable and vibrant personality
  • Ability to retain product information to relay to consumers
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to lift 30lbs or more
  • Ability to stand for at least four hours or more

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in bartending or serving is a plus but not required
  • Ability to complete company-provided training and certification
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Serve beverages responsibly with client preferences in mind
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down mobile bar stations and event equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Interact with guests to provide friendly, efficient service
  • Follow company procedures for handling and serving alcohol
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth event operations
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations during all events
