Job Requirements
- Be 21 years of age
- TiPS certification
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Ability to think on your feet with a strong attention to detail
- 1-2 years of bartending experience
- Constant standing and walking for up to 6 hours
- Lifting and maneuvering items up to 25 lbs
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks thoroughly and in a timely manner
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays as assigned

Job Duties
- Uphold the highest level of customer service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with standard drink recipes and the specific event requests
- Use pull sheets to accurately record inventory needs throughout the event
- Prepare garnishes for drinks
- Maintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner
- Clear and reset bar area and glassware
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar
- Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures
- Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to Event Services Manager
- Assist with the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies
- Complete all other duties as assigned by the Event Captain
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
