Job Requirements

  • Be 21 years of age
  • TiPS certification
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Ability to think on your feet with a strong attention to detail
  • 1-2 years of bartending experience
  • Constant standing and walking for up to 6 hours
  • Lifting and maneuvering items up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to follow directions and complete tasks thoroughly and in a timely manner
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays as assigned

Job Duties

  • Uphold the highest level of customer service
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with standard drink recipes and the specific event requests
  • Use pull sheets to accurately record inventory needs throughout the event
  • Prepare garnishes for drinks
  • Maintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner
  • Clear and reset bar area and glassware
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar
  • Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures
  • Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to Event Services Manager
  • Assist with the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies
  • Complete all other duties as assigned by the Event Captain
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
