Job Requirements
- 1-2 years prior bartender experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Ability to talk, hear, taste and smell
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch for 6 to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 90 lbs
- Ability to see at close range, distant, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjust focus
- Ability to work in extreme heat and wet conditions occasionally
- Noise level tolerance from low to moderate
- Willingness to work near moving or mechanical parts

- Ability to properly pin tables and fold napkins according to company standards
Job Duties
- Arrive ready at the venue dressed professionally and prepared for the event
- Check in with supervisor for bar setup details, special drink requests, and service expectations
- Set the bar station according to event needs, ensuring it is fully stocked, garnished, and organized
- Master the drink menu including specialty cocktails, wine pairings, and non-alcoholic options
- Prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently following recipes and portion controls
- Monitor alcohol consumption, check IDs, and comply with responsible service guidelines
- Greet guests professionally, respond promptly to their needs, and provide information about drinks and events
- Participate in the breakdown of bar stations and maintain cleanliness
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Keep updated with scheduling system and communicate changes
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
