Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- any combination of bartending experience and or bartending education to equal one year
- internal team member with successful completion of bartending training period
- ability to work a varying schedule
- knowledge of point of sales systems a plus
- demonstrate knowledge of Alcohol Awareness rules and regulations

Job Duties
- Take guest drink orders, prepare and serve drinks according to approved recipes and procedures
- operate point of sale system to process food and beverage charges
- handle cash, checks, currency, credit cards, gift certificates, complimentaries, and tips
- set up and stock the bar prior to opening
- prepare garnishes and request supplies as needed
- maintain and clean bar area and equipment
- lock up according to prescribed procedures
- assist bar back or kitchen staff in maintaining and organizing glassware and bar supplies
- observe responsible alcohol service guidelines
- prohibit sale of alcoholic beverages to underage or intoxicated guests
- interact with guests to ensure exceptional service and resolve complaints
- answer guest questions and provide casino information
