Job Requirements
- Must have prior bartending experience
- must be TIPS certified or able to obtain certification within 30 days
- required to have wine tool for every shift
- must be timely and flexible to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must follow Patrick Properties policies and procedures
- must be able to work without direct supervision
- must possess a professional demeanor
- ability to analyze and resolve problems while working as a team
Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending experience
- cocktail knowledge
- TIPS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- familiarity with PPHG beverage menus and event venues
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Wear proper uniform and maintain appearance standards with a positive attitude
- set up and break down bar stations with all necessary products and equipment
- prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately for guests
- serve beverages responsibly and monitor alcohol consumption, discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
- check guests' identification to ensure legal drinking age
- maintain knowledge of PPHG beverage menus and venues
- sign in and out accurately with Banquet Captain or Manager
