Job Requirements

  • Must have prior bartending experience
  • must be TIPS certified or able to obtain certification within 30 days
  • required to have wine tool for every shift
  • must be timely and flexible to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays
  • ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • must follow Patrick Properties policies and procedures
  • must be able to work without direct supervision
  • must possess a professional demeanor
  • ability to analyze and resolve problems while working as a team

Job Qualifications

  • Prior bartending experience
  • cocktail knowledge
  • TIPS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • familiarity with PPHG beverage menus and event venues
  • ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Wear proper uniform and maintain appearance standards with a positive attitude
  • set up and break down bar stations with all necessary products and equipment
  • prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately for guests
  • serve beverages responsibly and monitor alcohol consumption, discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
  • check guests' identification to ensure legal drinking age
  • maintain knowledge of PPHG beverage menus and venues
  • sign in and out accurately with Banquet Captain or Manager
