Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of bartending or relevant hospitality experience preferred
- Knowledge of various cocktail recipes and drink preparation
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
- Commitment to responsible alcohol service and guest safety

- 6 months to 1 year industry-relevant experience preferred
- Must work at least 40 hours in a six month period
- Ability to handle a physically demanding position that may require standing for long periods of time and/or lifting heavy loads
Job Duties
- Ensure the bar area is properly set-up which may include tables, linens, liquor, wine, beer, garnishes, and water pitchers
- Knowledge of various cocktail recipes, wine packages and varietals, liquor and beer brands and styles
- Knowledge and commitment to proper pour etiquette with wine and spirits
- Practice responsible alcohol service and monitoring guests to ensure no one is overserved
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring product is stocked and accessible
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of safety and cleanliness in all areas of the event space
- Break down the bar at the end of the event in an organized fashion, following all guidelines with packing and cleanliness
