Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or hospitality experience
  • Ability to verify identification and age requirements
  • Knowledge of beverage preparation and service standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
  • Knowledge of wine, traditional and creative cocktails
  • Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations regarding alcohol service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Set up, move, flip, and break down tables, chairs, bars and other event items in accordance with event floor plans
  • Assist guests in beverage selections, making recommendations, explaining tasting profiles, and answering questions
  • Mix beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits
  • Prepare garnishes
  • Verify identification and age requirements of customers
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Maintain and organize bar areas by removing glassware and being alert to patron spills or other special needs
