Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- ability to stand for long periods
- knowledge of legal drinking age verification procedures
- ability to perform physical tasks including reaching, crouching, and bending
- adherence to dress code including wearing close-toed shoes
- ability to maintain neat grooming standards
- ability to work weekends and evenings as events require
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a bartender or in a similar customer service role
- knowledge of drink mixing and cocktail recipes
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to engage and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
- familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks, ensuring accuracy with each order
- possess knowledge of drink mixing and cocktail recipes for a full bar experience
- verify guests' legal drinking age by checking IDs
- keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- provide outstanding customer service, engaging with guests and addressing their requests promptly
- assist with setting up and breaking down events when needed
- maintain a professional appearance that aligns with dress code guidelines
