Job Requirements
- minimum 2 years of bartending experience
- customer service experience required
- knowledge of common cocktails and beverage service
- basic organizational skills
- attention to detail
- valid Food Handler Card or certificate issued by county or ANSI-accredited food handler training program
- Title IV certification in responsible beverage service such as TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol

Job Duties
- properly set up the bar area based on the type of service required, ensuring all equipment, supplies, and beverages are ready
- prepare and serve drinks accurately, efficiently, and professionally to guests
- adhere to all liquor laws and regulations, providing responsible beverage service and monitoring guest consumption
- break down the bar area after the event, packing all equipment and supplies safely and properly
- complete consumption sheets and inventory documentation accurately
- ensure all bar equipment and liquor are transported and stored correctly to prevent damage or loss
- collaborate with event captains, servers, and other team members to ensure smooth service flow
