Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- prior bartending experience preferred
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ year experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- ability to deliver exceptional hospitality in a personal and professional manner
- strong attention to detail and respect for cleanliness
- reliability and consistency
- professional behavior and appearance at all times
- physical ability to walk, stand and sit for periods of time
- ability to lift, carry and/or move objects up to 30 pounds
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve consistently outstanding beverages by adhering to recipe standards
- proactively engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer experience
- refill cold brew kegs as needed
- maintain a clean and organized space for guests and coworkers in all areas of the coffee bar
- assist with setup, cleanup, inventory and stock work
- always adhere to proper safety guidelines
- occasionally work overtime for special events
- assist with a variety of duties and tasks as directed
