Job Requirements
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- prior bartending experience preferred
- thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working a flexible schedule when needed
- 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality is preferred
- ability to deliver exceptional hospitality in a personal and professional manner
- strong attention to detail and healthy respect for cleanliness
- reliable and consistent
- must be available for overtime for special events or meetings
- professional behavior and appearance at all times
- ability to walk, stand and sit for periods of time
- must be able to lift, carry and/or move objects up to 30 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- prepare and serve consistently outstanding beverages by adhering to recipe standards
- proactively engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer experience
- refill cold brew kegs as needed
- maintain a clean and organized space for guests and coworkers in all areas of the coffee bar
- assist with setup, cleanup, inventory and stock work
- always adhere to proper safety guidelines
- on occasion work overtime for special events
