Job Requirements

  • ability to sit, stand, bend, walk, and lift boxes up to 50 pounds
  • must be available to work during February 25 through March 8, 2026
  • 1-2 years barback experience desired
  • excellent guest service and time management skills
  • valid Responsible Vendors certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Stock liquor room and bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • replenish paper goods as needed
  • maintain cleanliness of bar area, liquor room, beer coolers, and bars including sweeping, mopping, trash removal
  • maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis including stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, condiments, and produce based on projections and daily events
  • provide updated inventory levels at the end of shift
  • adhere to all state, federal, and local liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
  • be aware of all safety and emergency procedures and accident prevention policies
  • perform or coordinate other tasks as assigned by the restaurant manager
