Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of barback experience preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work specific event dates from October 8 to October 19, 2025
  • Understanding of liquor laws and service regulations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years barback experience desired
  • Excellent guest service and time management skills
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, walk, and lift boxes up to 50 pounds
  • Valid TIPS and or ServSafe certification preferred
  • Must be available to work October 8 through October 19, 2025

Job Duties

  • Stock liquor room and bar(s) with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Replenish paper goods as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar area, liquor room, beer coolers, and bars including sweeping, mopping, trash removal
  • Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis including stocking beer, wine, spirits, paper products, condiments, and produce based on projections and daily events
  • Provide updated inventory levels at the end of shift
  • Adhere to all state, federal, and local liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
  • Be aware of all safety and emergency procedures and accident prevention policies
  • Perform or coordinate other tasks as assigned by the Restaurant Manager
